Preferably post workout, add 150-250ml of water or juice to your shaker and then add 2 level scoops (30g) to it. Shake and drink.

NOTE: It is important to consume the shake within 15 minutes of dilution as Oxidization reduces the effectiveness of the Protein.

What is the benefit of consuming Plant based protein?

Will I gain weight if I consume too much protein powders?

Can I substitute Protein shakes for a meal?
